Perry’s legal career spans about five decades, starting in 1978. After 27 years as an attorney with Haller and Colvin.  Perry started Shilts Law Office, solely to provide high quality family law representation.

Mike began practicing law in 2002 in Fort Wayne and the surrounding counties. Mike has focused his scope of legal practice to all issues involving family law, which include dissolution, post-dissolution modifications, child support matters, parenting time, custody, paternity, guardianships, and adoption.

When faced with a difficult legal situation, Rich wants to make certain that his clients have the best representation in their corner. For over 25 years, Rich has guided his clients by offering the most-sound advice and legal counsel possible. Nothing has been more important to him than upholding his clients’ legal rights and ensuring whatever situation that they face, results in the best possible outcomes.

Andrea is an ex-pat from Michigan who was born and raised in Sterling Heights. She has a B.A in English Literature from Oakland University, an M.A. in English Literature from Wayne State University, and a J.D.  from Wayne State University.
